It’s time for one last push with the PTO Dominos fundraiser for May Blast! Text this to family and friends:
Dear Family & Friends,
Please support East Washington MS PTO and grab your Domino’s Slice the Price Card before our fundraiser ends!
You’ll save money on Domino’s Pizza through 12/31/26 and help our PTO raise funds towards May Blast.
You may have already heard from us, but we didn’t want you to miss out. This is your final reminder to support us! https://store.dominos.cards/53090
Thank you so much!
Parents & Families,
The PTO is excited to announce that today we are starting the Domino’s Pizza Fundraiser. The money raised will go towards May Blast at the end.
Let’s begin by checking out your school’s dashboard: https://dash.dominos.cards/53090
Scroll down to the section “Register to Pick Your Prize” or use this link: https://register.dominos.cards/53090. Once you register, your child will be able to pick their prize and share their very own store link! Once the fundraiser is complete, they will receive the prize they selected from the highest level they qualify for.
After registering, share your child’s link via email, text, and social media! When a customer clicks on your link, it will take them directly to your child’s store to purchase a card, and we will send the card directly to them. Using your personalized link will ensure your child is given credit for the purchase.
Also, once you register you will have two chances to earn a $50 gift card! The registered student with the most cards sold by 3/10/2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST will win a $50 Gift Card (when our group sells at least 100 cards online).
For questions, please call the hotline number: 866-252-6103
Thank you for participating and supporting our school!

On March 17th, EWMS is packing an entire year’s worth of life skills into ONE powerful day for all 5th–8th grade students — and we need volunteers to help!
Over 400 students will rotate through:
🛒 A 10-Station Life Obstacle Course (grocery budgeting, jumping a car, counting change & more!)
🎓 A Pathways Fair exploring career options
🎵 A School Spirit & History Session
💪 A Graduate Profile Checkpoint
🤝 A Service Project giving back to our school/community
🍽 Etiquette Training
👮 A Safety Session from law enforcement
🏫 A High School Readiness Session
If you’ve volunteered before, you know how impactful (and fun!) this day is!
Volunteers receive lunch, a Life Ready t-shirt, and the chance to invest in some amazing middle schoolers.
👉 Use this link to sign up to volunteer: https://forms.gle/P86PftpLA3hCm7bHA
Sign-ups for volunteers will close on March 5th.
Thank you for continuing to pour into our students. We couldn’t do this without you! 💜💛
I'm so grateful to our students, parents, and teachers! Thank you all for gracefully "weathering" the temps, snow, and technology! (This does not affect high school students, as the Chromebooks appear to have worked beautifully.)
We have several events coming up at EWMS (Student Appreciation Night, Spirit Week, Valentine's Dance, and more). Many parents follow Facebook for updates, but please know that you can find everything you need without scrolling through old posts! Just visit the EWMS website for all the details. You can even click the "Events" tab within the website to see everything happening through the end of the school year! https://ewms.ewsc.k12.in.us/o/ewms
If your child is receiving this message, they will not be penalized in any way. Students should simply email their teacher (if they haven’t already) to let them know and complete any work that is posted in Canvas.
Zoom has confirmed that this issue is only affecting iPads. As a result, the high school is running smoothly on Chromebooks, and the elementary school appears to have only a small number of students impacted. This is primarily a middle school issue.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this and do our best to keep things running as smoothly as possible.
Tomorrow, EWMS students may wear pajamas to school! Since we can’t predict when the first snow will hit, we’re doing a fun “practice eLearning day” here at school.
Please make sure your child’s iPad is fully charged and ready to go. Pajamas are welcome to help create that “at-home” feel—even though we’ll be learning together at school.
This is certainly not a weather or eLearning prediction—just a way to get prepared!
Dec. 1: Ms. Drury’s Classes will shop
Dec. 2: Mr. Williams’ Classes will shop
Dec. 3: NO SCHOOL (PD Day)
Dec. 4: Fifth Grade Students will shop
Dec. 5: Additional Shopping Day for Absent Students
